כבר תקופה שאנחנו רוצים להתייחס למתח בחברה הישראלית סביב הרפורמה/מהפכה/הפיכה משפטית (אי אפשר להסכים לפחות לגבי איך נקרא לזה? 🙈) וקצת היה לנו קשה למצוא את המילים הנכונות. מה שברור לנו הוא שהדיון הזה הוא חשוב- וחייבים לדבר, באמת, ולהקשיב זה לזה, לא בסיסמאות או בצעקות או במחיקה של הצד השני אלא מתוך הבנה שאנחנו אחים ואי אפשר לוותר על הביחד שלנו במדינה הזו, ומתוך אמונה שבעז״ה נמצא את הפשרות הנכונות שיעזרו לכולנו להפוך את המדינה שלנו למקום יותר טוב וצודק. התחברנו לשיר הזה, “שווים”, מתוך הרצון להצליח להיות ביחד ופחות בקצוות (שחור-לבן, טועה-צודק וכו׳). בקיצור, בואו ניקח נשימה. ואם מישהו סקרן לגבי הדעות הפוליטיות שלנו (בעיקר של יוני), אפשר בפרטי 😉

For a while we’ve been wanting to post something in response the recent tention in Israeli society regarding the judicial reform that the government is trying to pass. Since these are core issues, we believe that this discussion is important, and we must learn to truly listen to each other, and always remember we are one people, so that we can get to the best solutions, and if necessary- compromises, for the good of our people and the state of Israel. This song- “Shavim” (Equal), speaks of trying to find a bridge of togetherness amongst the contrasts and differences.
