Shir Caspi is a lifesaving powerhouse. There are very few medical emergencies that take place in Arad where she is not present. The reason she became such a dedicated EMT first responder is that it took a long time for the ambulance to arrive when her own grandfather was having a heart attack. She promised to never let that happen to anyone else she was close to. Watch her story.
