Yaakov Meir runs the makolet (grocery store) in Bat Ayin, a town on the edge of Gush Etzion. Response times are slow and there weren’t many other people trained in his town in EMS. So he took up the mantle. Now he has an ambucycle and rushes out to save lives all over his town and all over the region.
