Avraham Tubul turned personal tragedy into lifesaving. After two of his brothers died in tragic deaths that could have been prevented he became an EMT to save others, where people didn’t save his brothers. He began a chapter of United Hatzalah in a whole new country, Ukraine. Watch his story.
