In Israel, donuts are not generally available. Except during the 6 weeks before Hanukkah when suddenly the country is verily inundated with all manner of fried goodies. Bakeries compete with each to see who can make the most extreme, outrageous and innovative doughnut. Jewlicious labs sent out a team to get a representative sample of donuts from the top bakeries in Jerusalem. We then sampled them to determine who makes the best donuts in the city.
