On August 9, 2001, 15 innocent people in Israel were brutally killed in a terrorist attack when a suicide bomber blew himself up in a busy Sbarro restaurant in Jerusalem. According to the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs, 1,359 people have been killed by Palestinian violence and terrorism since September 2000.
19 years after the Sbarro suicide bombing, we commemorate the memory of the victims.
