Two Israeli girls have made history by taking first and second place in the annual International Bible Quiz. Emunah Cohen from Gedera, beat out 41 contestants from 20 countries for the top spot, followed by Neta Lax from Neve Tsuf.
The Bible Quiz is an annual competition that tests contestants’ knowledge of the Hebrew Bible. It is open to Jewish youth from all over the world, and this year contestants from 20 countries participated. The competition is divided into two parts, a written test and a live quiz, with the top contestants competing in the latter round.
